Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1/2 cup margerine, melted
- 3 large eggs,beaten
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups sour cream
How To Make cheesecake ala aunt alice

Step 1Thoughly mix vanilla wafers and melted margerine. Press on bottom and sides of a 9 inch spring form pan. Set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, cream cheese,vanilla and sour cream.

Step 2Pour into crust. Bake at 375' for about 35 minutes. Chill 3 to 5 hours. Serve with fresh berries or a fruit glaze of your choice. Enjoy!
