- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 12 slices cinnamon raisin bread, crusts removed
How To Make carrot cake tea sandwiches

Step 1In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, sugar and pecans; stir to mix well.

Step 2Spread cream cheese mixture on half of bread slices. top with remaining bread slices.
