I made this for my wedding cake top layer (I do wedding cakes)then took it with us on our 4 day honeymoon in 2001 to Longbeach, WA. Every nite ate our cake for desert.

  • 1 c
    pineapple, crushed, drained
  • 1/2 c
    coconut, flaked
  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp

How to Make CARROT CAKE Hawaian style


  1. HEAT OVEN 350, Grease 9 X 13 baking dish.
  2. CREAM together : oil, sugar, 3 eggs.
    ADD : carrots, pineapple, coconut.
  3. another bowl, MIX DRY INGREDIENTS, until blended.
  4. MIX dry with wet ingredients together.
    POUR into baking dish, and BAKE 45 minutes.
