I made this for my wedding cake top layer (I do wedding cakes)then took it with us on our 4 day honeymoon in 2001 to Longbeach, WA. Every nite ate our cake for desert.

pineapple, crushed, drained

coconut, flaked
2 1/2 c
all purpose flour

chopped nuts
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamin
1 tsp
vanilla

How to Make CARROT CAKE Hawaian style

Step-by-Step

  • 1HEAT OVEN 350, Grease 9 X 13 baking dish.
  • 2CREAM together : oil, sugar, 3 eggs.
    ADD : carrots, pineapple, coconut.
  • 3another bowl, MIX DRY INGREDIENTS, until blended.
  • 4MIX dry with wet ingredients together.
    POUR into baking dish, and BAKE 45 minutes.
