Here is a moist and rich carrot cake my family loves.

My husband asked for my homemade carrot cake a few weeks ago and I couldn't find my recipe anywhere. I remembered a couple days ago that I had played musical cookbooks with my mom and son a year or so ago so today when I was at my mom's I asked here if I could look at the cookbook we had swapped and presto there's my carrot cake recipe.

This is an awesome recipe especially if you don't like pineapple, nuts, or raisins in your cake.
