How to Make Carrot and Raisin Cake
- Mix all together. Put in cake pan. I use Demarle silicon bakeware so I don't have to grease or spray the pan. If you are using a regular pan you will need to spray or grease it.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean. (Note 350 deg for light colored pans.)
- Let cook and then unmold by turning upside down on to a cake plate. I like to frost with a light cream-cheese frosting. But many like it without frosting or with just a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
