- 1 box spice (or carrot cake) cake mix
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 - eggs
- 1 can 21 oz. apple pie filling
- 1 cup chopped apples - (optional)
- 1 cup apple cider (optional)
- - carmel topping (used on ice cream)
How To Make carmel apple cake

Step 1Mix all ingredients together (I use an electric mixer) and bake at 350 degrees in a Bundt pan. Once cooled, drizzle cake with carmel (ice cream) topping. The longer it sits, the more moist it becomes from the carmel. (You can also make your own carmel topping if you'd like and have time!)
