I had a wonderful corn bread in a resturant in SC that was sweet and tasted like a cross between cake and corn bread. I decided to try and make one like it. This is very close to it.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 - eggs, beaten
How To Make cakey corn bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 pan with Baker's Choice Spray or a spray oil and flour.

Step 2Combine the corn muffin mixes and cake mix in large bowl. If you like more of a taste of the corn meal you could add another box of muffin mix and 1/3 cup of milk extra.

Step 3Add milk, eggs, and sour cream.

Step 4Pour in pan and bake for 30-35 mins. or until tester comes out clean.
