cake mix extender
Today I made a Strawberry Cake -using one of those 15 oz. cake mixes and added this to the recipe and it worked just wonderful. and I always have it on hand. I frosted the cake with strawberry/banana flavored frosting...It's is wonderful. Give this one a try when you have one of those 15 oz. cake mixes..you will be glad you did!

Ingredients
- 15 ounces strawberry cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 6 tablespoons original bisquick baking mix
How To Make cake mix extender

Step 1Heat oven to 350^. Spray a 9x13-inch cake baking pan.Set aside. Make cake according to package direction using these ingredients. Mixture will be thick. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake 35 minutes or until tested done with toothpick inserted in center that comes out clean. -
Step 2Top with your favorite frosting , when cake has cooled.
