butterscotch cake
I got this recipe from this website but revised it a bit for an explosive flavor. I have made this cake many times and it's always a hit. Best kept secret-it's a box cake and a professional baker couldn't tell the difference. And don't worry, this cake doesn't not have a coconut flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 package butterscotch chips
How To Make butterscotch cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Add all ingredients (except butterchips) in a mix bowl. Mix until smooth (approx. 4 mins) Grease Bundt pan. Add mixture to pan then place butterscotch chips on top of mixture. Bake for 1 hour
