pure vanilla extract
packed light brown sugar
pecan pieces (optional)
How to Make Butter Pecan Sour Cream Cake
1Pre-Heat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray
To prepare Cake:
Mix boxed cake mix, water, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon and melted butter with mixer on low speed for 1 minute then on hi speed for 2 minutes.Pour into prepared bundt pan
2For Swirl Filling:
Mix brown sugar with flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add melted butter and pecans, stir well. spread evenly over cake batter.
3With a butter knife, swirl filling down into cake.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to serving dish.
