This is a very delicious frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup butter

How To Make butter cream frosting

  • Step 1
    In a medium mixing bowl ; Beat all the ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Step 2
    If too stiff , add a few drops of milk until its smooth for spreading.
  • Step 3
    Frosts tops and sides of two 9" layer cakes.
