BUTTER CREAM FROSTING (SALLYE)
will ice up to 3 layers
1 to 2
evaporated milk (or half & half)
1With electric mixer on high speed, mix softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla, salt and milk. Continue beating until well lmixed and frosting is smooth and creamy.
2Do not overbeat or butter will begin to separate.
