- 1 cup butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- COOKIE DOUGH FROSTING
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4-5 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
How To Make brownies with cookie dough frosting

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Place in a sprayed 9x15 pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Step 2For the frosting. Mix the softened butter, brown sugar, vanilla, flour and salt together. Beat with a mixer adding the milk until it has the desired consistency for a frosting. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
