Pecan pie is a holiday favorite. Add bourbon and a cheesecake layer and this pecan pie recipe will become a holiday necessity. It's delicious! The cheesecake layer is tangy and creamy. Then, there's the gooey pecan pie filling layer that's infused with smoky bourbon. You definitely taste the bourbon in this pie, but it's just the right amount. Not overwhelming at all. So good!

Ingredients For bourbon cheesecake pecan pie

  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature (8 oz)
  • 3/4 c
  • 3 tsp
    vanilla extract, divided
  • 3
  • 1 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 3/4 c
    Karo light corn syrup
  • 1 c
  • 3 tsp
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1
    deep dish pie shell

How To Make bourbon cheesecake pecan pie

  • Sugar, cream cheese, egg, and vanilla mixed together.
    In a bowl, cream 3/4 c sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla.
  • Batter poured into a prepared pie dough.
    Spread into a deep dish pie shell.
  • Sugar, melted butter, eggs, corn syrup, bourbon, and vanilla extract mixed together in a bowl.
    Mix 1 c sugar, melted butter, add 2 eggs, Karo syrup, bourbon, and remaining 2 tsp vanilla extract. Then set aside.
  • Chopped nuts covering the cream cheese mixture.
    Place chopped nuts on the cream cheese mix.
  • Corn syrup mixture poured on top.
    Pour Karo syrup mix on top.
  • Bourbon Cheesecake Pecan Pie baking in the oven.
    Cook in 375 oven for 45 to 55 mins until firm in the middle. Let cool completely to set.
