Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 ounces butter
- 4 - eggs
- 1 2/3 cups self rising flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- VANILLA FILLING
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding (follow instruccion in the box)
- CHOCOLATE GANACHE
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make boston cream pie cupcakes

Step 1For the cake: Pre-heat oven 350F and line a 12 cupcake pan with paper liners. Set a side. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.Add eggs and vanilla, add the self risng flour until mix. Pour the mix into the cupcake liners.Bake for 20 minutes. Set a side until cool.

Step 2For the vanilla pudding :( just follow the instruccions in the box)

Step 3Chocolate ganache: in a sauce pan heat heavy cream, add chocolate stir until melt. Add the butter stir until well mix.Set a side.

Step 4Spoon vanilla filling into a pastry bag fitted with a medium-size plain tip. Fill cupcakes with vanilla pudding filling by inserting tip into top of cupcake and squeezing a couple of tablespoons of filling into each cupcake.

Step 5Finnally spoon ganache over the cupcakes. Enjoy.
