Blueberry Pound Cake
1box yellow cake mix or reduced-sugar cake mix
8 ozreduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cunsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 cfresh or frozen blueberries
How to Make Blueberry Pound Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 1 10" tube pan or 2 8x4" loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, egg, egg whites, cream cheese, applesauce and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pan(s) and bake 45 minutes or until golden and cake springs back to the touch. Cool completely in pan before removing.
