How to Make Blueberry Pound Cake
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 1 10" tube pan or 2 8x4" loaf pans.
- 2In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, egg, egg whites, cream cheese, applesauce and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- 3Fold in blueberries.
- 4Pour batter into prepared pan(s) and bake 45 minutes or until golden and cake springs back to the touch. Cool completely in pan before removing.
