blueberry kuchen
I got this recipe from a farm that sells blueberries and strawberries on the side of a country road in Alabama. There was no name attributed to the recipe.....I just pulled off when I saw the table with berries for sale when I was traveling back roads coming back from my Mom's house. I was intrigued because a doctor I work with is always raving about kuchen she gets in Wisconsin.

How To Make blueberry kuchen

Step 3Place 3 cups blueberries in the prepared crust. Combine 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and cinnamon. Stir well. Sprinkle the cinnamon misture over the blueberries in the crust.

Step 4Bake on the lowest rack of the oven at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and immediately top with 2 cups fresh blueberries. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and enjoy!
