This is a quick and easy dessert, Great for summer. So easy to use any of the other pie fillings..This is very light and refreshing. From my mom's card file...

Ingredients

  • 1 box (9)twinkies,cut in 1/2
  • 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 - containers (8 oz. each) thawed whipped topping
  • 21 ounces can blueberry pie filling
  • garnish - fresh blueberries and chopped pecans

How To Make blueberry cheese cake

  • Step 1
    Slice the Twinkies in half lengthwise; and place in a 9x13-inch baking pan, filling side up.(there are 10 in a box, one is for the baker) So good!
  • Step 2
    In the large bowl of your mixer beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar ,until smooth. Remove mixer bowl and fold in one container whipped topping. Folding until well mixed and blended.
  • Step 3
    Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Twinkies.
  • Step 4
    Spread the Blueberries evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step 5
    Spread the remaining whipped topping over the blueberries and sprinkle fresh blueberries and chopped nuts over topping. Chill at least 3 hours..Best overnight.
