I received this recipe from a friend and have made it often. I've never met anyone who didn't like it!

Ingredients

1 box
yellow cake mix (i usually use duncan hines)
1 box
(3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding (chocolate fudge or devil's food are my favorites)
3/4 c
water
4
eggs
1 c
canola oil
1/2 c
sugar
1/4 c
vodka
1/4 c
kahlua

GLAZE

1/2 c
powdered sugar
1/4 c
kahlua

How to Make Black Russian Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all cake ingredients very well with a mixer.
  • 2Pour into a well sprayed bundt pan.
  • 3Bake at 350, 45-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
  • 4Invert onto a serving plate. Using a toothpick, poke holes all over the cake (the holes won't end up showing)
  • 5With a small wire wisk, mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Spoon evenly over cake, and let cool completely.
