  • 4 large
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 oz
    melted chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c
    chopped nuts

How to Make Bisquick Brownie Pie


  1. Heat oven to 350^. Spray or grease a 9-inch pie plate.
    Beat eggs, butter and chocolate until smooth-10 seconds in the blender on high or 30 seconds with hand beater.
  2. Add brown sugar, baking mix and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, or 2 minutes with hand beater.
  3. Pour into plate; sprinkle with nuts. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes; cool.
