- 1 box Butter cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup almonds (sliced or chopped)
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 3/4 cup cooking oil (I use canola)
- 1 cup flaked coconut

Step 1Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in pan then turn out onto plate.
