My sister is an awesome cook. She shared this recipe with me and it is delish! What makes it even more special is that it is low in cholesterol. So you can enjoy this recipe with no stirred-in guilt! The cake is pudding with cake so it will not have a smooth top and may have some wet spots.
1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 8 x 8 pan stir flour, white sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa & salt. Add milk, veg. oil, mix well. Sprinkle brown sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa over mixture. Add chocolate chips over mixture. Add vanilla to hot water and pour over top. Bake 30-35 min. until surface appears dry. Serve warm with whipped topping.
2OOPS! I forgot to list a KEY ingredient. You will need to stir into the dry ingredients 11/2 tea. Baking Powder!!! SORRY!
