I hate bananas... but love banana bread! These banana muffins are easy for on the go snacking and help use up overly ripe bananas.

Add to Grocery List

1/2 c
butter, room temperature
1 c
1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
bananas, mashed
1/2 c
greek yogurt, vanilla non-fat
1/ c
chopped walnuts (optional)

How to Make Banana Muffins


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the eggs and beat until well combined.
  • 2Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix just until incorporated. Add banana and yogurt and mix until combined. Stir in walnuts.
  • 3Pour batter evenly among 18 lined cupcake tins.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
