Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt, vanilla non-fat
- 1/ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
How To Make banana muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the eggs and beat until well combined.

Step 2Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix just until incorporated. Add banana and yogurt and mix until combined. Stir in walnuts.

Step 3Pour batter evenly among 18 lined cupcake tins. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
