How to Make Banana Bread Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and mix well, add mashed bananas and mix well, add vanilla and mix well.
- 2In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well and add to first mixture and mix well.
- 3Pour into a greased 15X10 Jelly Roll pan or use a cake pan and a small pan so the batter isn't so thick or it won't cook in the middle.
- 4Bake 350 degrees for 25 min or until it tests done.
- 5Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 C butter
1 pkg cream cheese
4 Cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
mix well and spread over cooled banana bars.
Refrigerate to set
Can refrigerate or leave out.
