This is my Great Aunt Jan's recipe and it has been in the family for years. She passed it on to me and I have been making it for years now. It is just the best pound cake I've ever had and it is a special request at all family functions. Tips: make sure that all butter, shortening and cream cheese are soft for easiest mixing, I set mine out the day before I make my cake. grease your tube pan and dust it with cocoa instead of flour.
