arkansas bundt cake
1966. This recipe comes from my mom's good friend Paula Donaldson. Ft. Defiance. Arizona in 1966. This cake is so moist and delicious it doesn't stay on the counter long! This is the best cake you will ever experience using bananas and pineapple.

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drain the juice
- 1 cup walnuts (pieces)
How To Make arkansas bundt cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F

Step 2Grease your bundt pan really well!!!! It will stick on the bottom if you don't!

Step 3DON'T use a mixer!!!!!! Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Use a spatula to incorporate all the ingredients, then pour into your bundt pan.

Step 4Bake 65 minutes....(my oven heats lower so I bake it for 75 minutes).

Step 5Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then invert onto a plate.
