Ingredients
- 4 cups cooking apples, finely chopped, do not peel
- 1/2 cup orange juice, divided
- 1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 - egg
- 2 - egg whites
- 2-2/3 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup 1% milk
- 2-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
How To Make apple-stuffed pound cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10" bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine apples, 1/4 cup orange juice and cinnamon. In lg bowl, mix w/ beaters, the sugar and applesauce, beat 2 mins.

Step 2Add egg and egg whites. Slowly add 1/2 the flour, and the baking powder, milk, and 1/4 cup orang juice. Beat in remaining flour, beat in vanilla.

Step 3Pour 1/2 the batter into pan.Top w/ 1/2 the apple mix. Cover w/ remaining batter and then the remaining apple mix. Sprinkle w/ brown sugar. Bake about 1 hr, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
