Apple-stuffed pound cake

4 ccooking apples, finely chopped, do not peel

1/2 corange juice, divided

1-1/2 tspcinnamon

1 csugar

1/2 capplesauce

1egg

2egg whites

2-2/3 cflour

2 tspbaking powder

1/4 c1% milk

2-1/2 tspvanilla

2 Tbsplight brown sugar
How to Make Apple-stuffed pound cake
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10" bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine apples, 1/4 cup orange juice and cinnamon. In lg bowl, mix w/ beaters, the sugar and applesauce, beat 2 mins.
- Add egg and egg whites. Slowly add 1/2 the flour, and the baking powder, milk, and 1/4 cup orang juice. Beat in remaining flour, beat in vanilla.
- Pour 1/2 the batter into pan.Top w/ 1/2 the apple mix. Cover w/ remaining batter and then the remaining apple mix. Sprinkle w/ brown sugar. Bake about 1 hr, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
