I'm a "foofoo" coffee lover! I got bored with the plain old brownies and started messing around, came up with these and they were gone in an instant!!

Ingredients

3/4 cup melted butter
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons special dark cocoa powder
2 tablespoons hazelnut creamer (dry)
2 small diced apples

How To Make apple hazelnut brownies

Step 1

Add all ingredients except apples to mixing bowl, mix until thoroughly combined. Add apples and transfer batter to 8x8 greased baking pan. Bake in 350* oven for 40-45 minutes & toothpick in center comes out clean!
