- CREAM TOGETHER:
- 1 1/2 cups crisco oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- SIFT TOGETHER & GRADUALLY MIX INTO WET INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- LASTLY, ADD THE FOLLOWING:
- 3 cups granny smith apples, peeled & diced
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- CARAMEL SAUCE:
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- PAN COATER:
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg & allspice
How To Make apple dapple cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients for pan coater. Grease pan first with a little cooking spray, then sprinkle pan coater all over the entire pan to coat.

Step 2Prepare cake per directions as instructed on recipe. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool for 20 minutes; invert onto serving plate.

Step 3Combine butter, sugar, milk and corn syrup in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 4Remove from heat and add vanilla. Spoon all over cake, coating the outside. YUM-MO!
