- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
