Apple Cake

Doreen Fish

I have this wonderful cookbook called "Green Market Baking Book" and i am slowly going through it and trying out the recipes...what I love about this book is that it is healthy!! The choices for baking are a better choice than white flours, corn syrups etc...
I made this cake for a Prayer Meeting last night and it is so delicious!! Hope you enjoy it!!
