  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups peeled apples diced fine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • BUTTER CREAM SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavey whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make apple bundt cake with butter cream sauce

  • Step 1
    IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, BEAT EGGS, SUGAR, AND OIL.
  • Step 2
    IN ANOTHER BOWL COMBINE FLOUR, SODA, CINNAMON, AND SALT; GRADUALLY ADD TO BATTER, (BATTER WILL BE VERY STIFF) FOLD IN APPLES AND NUTS.
  • Step 3
    POUR INTO A GREASED 10 IN. FLUTED TUBE PAN, BAKE AT 325 FOR 1-1/4 TO 1-1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL CAKE TESTER SAYS DONE. COOL 10 MINUTES BEFORE REMOVING FROM PAN.
  • Step 4
    BUTTER CREAM SAUCE
  • Step 5
    MELT BUTTER IN SMALL PAN. ADD SUGAR, CREAM AND VANILLA. COOK AND STIR OVER LOW HEAT UNTILL SUGAR IS DISOLVED.
  • Step 6
    SLICE CAKE AND SERVE WITH WARM SAUCE.
