Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 2 cups apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
How To Make apple brownies

Step 1Mix sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla.

Step 2Sift in flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Step 3Mix until just moistened.

Step 4Fold in apples.

Step 5Toss raisins in a bit of flour, this will keep them from sinking to the bottom during baking.

Step 6Fold in raisins.

Step 7Pour into an 8x8 pan sprayed with non-stick spray.

Step 8Bake at 350* until a pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Start checking at about 30 minutes.
