This is my family's favorite. It's light and very refreshing.

Step 1

Mix cake as directed on box and pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place spoonfuls of lemon pie filling over the batter. Bake as directed on the box. Let cool completely.

Step 2

Frosting: 1 tub lemon frosting 1 8 oz. tub cool whip Mix frosting and cool whip together and spread on cake. Store in the refrigerator.
