This is a dessert my mom made for my dad after discovering he is Diabetic. It is still a family favorite and lacks nothing in flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 package angel food cake
- 1 box sugar free jello (any flavor)
- 1 box sugar free pudding (any flavor)
- 1 package cool whip
How To Make angel delight

Step 1Take angel food cake and tear into large pieces. Meanwhile prepare jello & pudding according to pkg directions, leaving the jello as liquid.

Step 2Using a 9x13 pan layer angel food cake on bottom. Pour unset jello over the angel food cake and on top of that put the prepared pudding, followed by the cool whip on top.

Step 3Preferrably refrigerate over night, but at least 2 hrs to enable the jello to set properly. Serve & Enjoy!!
