I found this recipe online. Since it sounded so good, I decided to try it. My husband and I liked it!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • dash salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon imitation vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 large bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts or macadamia nuts,coarsely chopped
  • CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon imitation vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut

How To Make aloha bundt cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10-12 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray with flour. In medium bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil and vanilla until combined. Add eggs one at a time; beat until fluffy about 3-4 minutes. Gradually, beat in flour mixture. Add bananas, pineapple and coconut: beating just until combined. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top with spatula. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes and invert cake onto rack. Cool completely.

    Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth Gradually, add powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Frost cake. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake. Store in refrigerator.
