Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- dash salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 tablespoon imitation vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 2 large bananas, mashed
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1 cup toasted walnuts or macadamia nuts,coarsely chopped
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon imitation vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut
How To Make aloha bundt cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10-12 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray with flour. In medium bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil and vanilla until combined. Add eggs one at a time; beat until fluffy about 3-4 minutes. Gradually, beat in flour mixture. Add bananas, pineapple and coconut: beating just until combined. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top with spatula. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes and invert cake onto rack. Cool completely.

Step 2Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth Gradually, add powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Frost cake. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake. Store in refrigerator.
