this is a nice cake to take for pot lucks, my beat friend gave this to me about 20 years ago, it' really easy and good.

Ingredients

1 box lenom supreme cake mix
3/4 cup oil
1 - 10 oz can 7 up
1 box vanills pudding mix
7 - eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 teaspoons cornstarch or 6 tsp flour
1 - small can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecas
1 cup coconut

How To Make 7 up cake

Step 1

mix first 4 ingredients and add 4 eggs, mix well, pour into a greased and floured baking pan 9x13" bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. cool cake completly

Step 2

in a large pot combine the sugar, 3 eggs, margarine, vanilla, cornstarch, pineapple. cook on med. heat until thichend.
Step 3

add the pecand and coconut to the mixture and mix well, spread on cooled cake
