I never have cake in the house in case of people just dropping by - cause it's eaten :-)
So I found this amazing recipe that really only take 5 minutes to make - in the microwave. My guests are overly impressed and there are a lot of "yums", "wows" and "I can't believe it only took 5 min". Have fun!

How to Make 5 minute chocolate muffins


  1. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave 750W for 2 1/2 min. If your microwave oven has a higher W then melt for a shorter time or the chocolate will burn.
  2. Then add sugar and eggs and mix with a whisk. Then add the flour and mix.
  3. Pour into a silicone muffin pan and bake in the microwave 750 W for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes. Again if you have a higher W for your microwave then shorter time.

    Remove from the oven and cool before gentle removing the muffins from the pan.
    Serve with ice cream and strawberries, blueberries or raspberries.
