How To Make 3 2 1 cake

• Step 1
  In a gallon size ziplock baggie mix together the 2 boxes of cake mix.
• Step 2
  In a microwave safe cup (coffee mug works great) Combine 3 Tablespoons cake mix and 2 Tablespoons water and mix well. Let sit for 1 minute.
• Step 3
  Cook in microwave for 1 minute on high. Let cool briefly then run a knife around the cake an pop it out on a plate if desired. Top with whipped topping, powdered sugar or eat plain.
