Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- slice partially fried bacon
How To Make bacon waffles

Step 1In medium bowl, beat egg until frothy. Add remaining ingredients, mix until smooth.

Step 2Add 2/3 cups batter to preheated waffle maker and spread evenly with rubber spatula. Place a piece of partially fried bacon on top of batter and close unit to bake.

Step 3Carefully remove waffle lightly. Repeat until all waffles are baked. These freeze well and toasted later.
