1-3/4 cheart healthy bisquick baking mix
1 tspground flaxseed
1/2 creal maple syrup
2 largeripe bananas, sliced
How to Make Shara's " on the go" pancake muffins
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin w/ cooking spray.
- In lg bowl, whisk together baking mix, ground flaxseed, milk , eggs and maple syrup until mixed well. Pour 1/4 cup mix into each muffin cup. Place a slice of banana on top.
- Bake about 20 mins, or until light golden brown. You can substitute other fruits as you like. These are great for kids when you're on the go.
