- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make overnight pancakes

Step 1Beat eggs; add buttermilk and soda, beating well. Beat in oil.

Step 2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir flour mixture into buttermilk mixture until well-blended.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook on a hot greased griddle.
