Ingredients

  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 2 1/2 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How to Make Overnight Pancakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs; add buttermilk and soda, beating well. Beat in oil.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir flour mixture into buttermilk mixture until well-blended.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Cook on a hot greased griddle.
