Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make overnight pancakes

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs; add buttermilk and soda, beating well. Beat in oil.
  • Step 2
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir flour mixture into buttermilk mixture until well-blended.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook on a hot greased griddle.
