These are good server with eggs and bacon you have a nice low carb breakfast or dinner. They only have 3.5 grams per serving. Ok up date on this just made them you have to add 4 large eggs. And make small pancakes about 3 inches.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 large eggs

  • Step 1
    Blend all together in a blender. Cook till golden and enjoy.
  • Step 2
    Ok just made these, you must use 4 large eggs and make pancakes about 3inches I used about 2 table spoons. Cook on med low heat.
