Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, optional

How To Make low carb coconut flour pancakes (gluten-free)

  • Whisk together the wet ingredients.
