- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- dash salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
How To Make coconut flour pancakes

Step 1start by sifting the coconut flour.

Step 2In a bowl, add eggs, milk, vanilla, honey & coconut oil beat together with a fork.

Step 3add in the coconut flour, baking powder, salt, combine well..let sit about 5 mins.

Step 4in a non skillet, add in about 1/4 cup and spread out..cook on med high couple mins on each side...serve with fruit or maple syrup.
