Ingredients
- 2 small apples, gala
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, divided
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 cup milk, fat free
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar, granulated
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar, powdered
How To Make cinnamon-apple oven pancake

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 F.

Step 2Core apples and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Step 3Coat a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray.

Step 4Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Step 5Add apples and increase heat to medium-high. Cook, tossing occasionally, until golden, 8-10 minutes. Add cinnamon; toss to coat.

Step 6Remove from heat; cool slightly. Arrange apples in an even layer on bottom of prepared pie plate.

Step 7Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Pour butter into a blender; add milk, flour, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth.

Step 8Pour in an even layer over apples. Bake until puffed and golden, 25-30 minutes.

Step 9Let cool until warm and then dust with powdered sugar. Slice into 6 pieces and serve warm.
