How to Make 3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes
- 1In a blender purée 2 very ripe bananas, until smooth. Add 3 eggs, pulse until combined. Pulse in 3/4 cup self rising flour. Until just incorporated.
- 2Lightly grease griddle or nonstick skillet, heat on medium 1 minute.
- 3Drop batter into hot griddle. Cook pancakes 2-3 minutes or until bubbles start to form and look dry. Turn with spatula, cook 1-2 minutes more until puffy and underside is golden brown.
- 4If you don't have self rising flour, make your own! Mix together
