baking powder
1/8 tsp
ground nutmeg

skim milk
4 tsp
canola oil

egg whites

How to Make WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES

Step-by-Step

  • 1Stir together the flours, brown sugar, baking powder, and nutmeg. Set aside.
  • 2In another bowl, stir together the milk and oil. Add to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
  • 3In another clean small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into batter.
  • 4Cook on hot griddle and enjoy.
