- 1/2 cup unbleached flour

- 1 cup skim milk
- 4 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 - egg whites
How To Make whole wheat pancakes

Step 1Stir together the flours, brown sugar, baking powder, and nutmeg. Set aside.
