- 1/2 cup pearled barley
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats or groats
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - maple syrup, honey, sugar, brown sugar or low calorie sweetener to taste
How To Make whole grain crock pot cereal

Step 1Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
