You should be able to find all these grains in the bulk section of almost any health food store.

    wheat berries
  • 1/2 c
    buckwheat
  • 1/2 c
    pearled barley
  • 1/2 c
    steel cut oats or groats
  • 4 c
    water
  • 4 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    maple syrup, honey, sugar, brown sugar or low calorie sweetener to taste

How to Make Whole Grain Crock Pot Cereal

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
  2. Cook on low about 8 hours or overnight as you sleep.
  3. Add sweetener of choice. Add any dried or fresh fruit and nuts of choice if desired.
