    wheat flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    low-fat milk

How to Make Wheat Pancake and Waffle


  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add wet.
  2. Stir until mostly smooth, you want some bumps.
    Prepare as desired.
  3. Make about 12 4 inch pancakes or 6 waffles
    Serving: 12
